NCLEX 145 Questions. I took my NCLEX this morning and had all 145 questions with 42 SATA. I'm not confident on my answer for the last question which was multiple choice. Hello everyone! I took the NCLEX today and got the full 145 questions with 48 select all that applies! My last question was a select all that apply question so I believe that must’ve been a good sign. I had about 25 select all that applies in the first 75 questions. I would just continue checking your states board of nursing website because that’s where I found out I passed less than 24 hours after.
